Net Flow Equation

How is it calculated?

Posición de Flujo Neto = Inventario físico + Inventario en tránsito - Demanda Calificada.


Donde:


El inventario físico se refiere a las existencias físicamente disponibles.

El inventario en tránsito incluye las reposiciones entrantes (por ejemplo, pedidos de compra o de producción).

La Demanda Cualificada representa la demanda de los picos de pedidos cualificados, la demanda vencida y la demanda que vence hoy.
