Strategic Adaptive Cycle

The Strategic Adaptive Cycle is an ongoing evolutionary process within an enterprise that operates in a strategically relevant range. It consists of three key phases; Emergence: a system reconfiguration triggered by external or internal factors, Feedback: monitoring of predefined signals and triggers by adaptive agents, and Selection: decision-making, actions, and learning in response to feedback, which may lead to further strategic reconfiguration. © Copyright 2025 Demand Driven Institute.
